@ru I have been mostly indoors since March 2020. Been out of town just four times, and only once was for more than a day.
I've been coping by spending a lot of time on reading about coffee and stuff, I do have a kid at home, so he takes up many hours of my day apart from work.
Music is a relaxant I've been using a lot.
@ru The tip is to eat healthy. Eating the same stuff over and over can trouble both your body and mind, it happened to me many times.
For relaxation, find a good show or listen to relaxing music and find some hobby that doesn't involve going out. If you can, get some sunlight once in a while to refresh the mood.
A good relaxation is necessary to avoid overthinking and panicking yourself.
Unless you have a critique mind, avoid depressing news, or read it once in a week or so.
A community that offers a safe space for people to share their personal lives online (again). Social media doesn't have to be about only showing the best of you, all the time -- finding support and community for your struggles, small and big, is a cause worth pursuing.
